Support Services

Help. Hope. Education.

In addition to providing compassionate care, our goal is to offer education and support to help you or your loved one plan for the future. Support groups can be very helpful in times of difficulty, as they allow our patients to communicate with others who share a similar condition. Support groups are currently available for individuals with:

  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Parkinson’s disease related dementia
  • Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP)
  • Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD)

Texas Alzheimer’s and Memory Disorders is affiliated with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. With the team at Texas Health Dallas, we strive to improve the quality of life of patients touched by memory loss associated with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias through access to campus educational programs for patients and families, support groups, the Alzheimer’s Association of Dallas and more.

We encourage caregivers and significant others to join patients in utilizing support services. Our staff will help with referral assistance to community resources, so you can make the connections you need.

Our team continually assesses further approaches to treatment for Alzheimer’s and other dementias, in great part with input from those who matter most — our patients.
